Noted Martial Arts Master, Richard Bustillo shares some of his 30+ years of experience in this first volume of his IMB Academy Fitness & Sport series of instructional videos. In volume 3 he instructs on the extremely effective combat art of Muay Thai. Areas covered include: warm-ups, conditioning drills, offensive & defensive arm and leg techniques and various fighting techniques. Guro Bustillo is best known as one of the highest ranking Jeet Kune Do instructors and personal student of the late Bruce Lee. He is the director of the world renown IMB (International Martial Arts & Boxing) Academy. NTSC-VHS format.

Please note that this is a review of guru Bustillo's Kali workout video. That's because the stickfighting video isn't listed on Amazon, so I thought I would review it here.

In this video master Bustillo presents the training drills he and his students go thru at his famous academy. Keep in mind the video is training based and mostly goes over the different stick training techniques. There's not much presentation of basics since it's assumed you have that already.

The video shows the class in session with him going thru the drills with the students, so there isn't a lot of individual instruction. I would have liked to see more of that, but if you are interested in what a typical workout looks like in a school like his, this one will work for you. Overall, a good training video especially in the coverage of the basics. It's just the basics, however, and if you're a more experienced practitioner, it might be too easy for you. More Information
